The Summerside Western Capitals earned a dramatic win to clinch a playoff spot, the Dauphin Kings wrapped up top spot in Group B and the Brooks Bandits finished perfect as the preliminary round came to a close Wednesday at the 2022 Centennial Cup, presented by Tim Hortons, in Estevan, Sask.
