DEV: Girls go global in Calgary

Hockey was the main event, but empowering young female players was the overarching theme of the weekend as Calgary welcomed 40 players from every corner of the country for the Canadian leg of the 2019 IIHF Global Girls’ Game.

Ontario Red won its 14th U18 Women’s National gold medal in Quispamsis, with Quebec claiming silver and B.C. taking bronze.
2024-25 NWT: CAN 5 – USA 4 SO (Game 2)
Primerano scored the SO winner to help Canada even the series in Utah.
2024-25 NWT: USA 7 – CAN 2 (Game 1)
Turnbull and Nurse scored, but Canada dropped the Rivalry opener.
2024 U18 Nationals: Friday, November 8 (Semifinals & Placement)
It’s a rematch for the final game with Ontario Red and Quebec facing off for U18 Nationals gold in Quispamsis.
