TOP REGULAR SEASON TEAM – CENTRAL ONTARIO WOLVES A hot start and a strong finish led the Central Ontario Wolves to the top of the ETA. The Wolves exploded out of the gate with points in 17 straight games to open the season, including a 15-game win streak, but it was a 9-1-0 run to close their schedule that distanced them from Whitby in the East Division, and Ajax-Pickering in the overall standings. Central Ontario was outstanding at home, finishing the season with a 13-2-3 record at Scugog Arena. It was all about the offence for the Wolves, who led the ETA with 159 goals, including 11 games with six or more.
