Another season, another dominant run through the NOJHL for the Powassan Voodoos, who repeated as regular-season champions by a comfortable margin. Powassan finished 15 points clear of the field, helped in large part by a 24-3-0-1 mark on home ice, a pair of 10+-game unbeaten streaks and the No. 1 offence in the league. The Voodoos were one shy of the 300-goal plateau, propelled by five players in the top 20 of NOJHL scoring (Tyson Gilmour was third with 25-53—78) and 12 who reached double-digits in goals. Powassan used seven different goaltenders, with Christian Cicigoi seeing the lion’s share of work; he led the league with 23 wins and was top 10 in goals-against average (2.89, ninth) and save percentage (.913, seventh).
