TOP REGULAR SEASON TEAM – MID ISLE WILDCATS Make it back-to-back! The reigning Atlantic Region champion Mid Isle Wildcats sit atop the PEIFMAAAHL regular-season standings for the second year in a row. Mid Isle was able to survive a late push from the Western Wind to finish three points clear of second place. While it was the offence that got the job done for the Wildcats last season, the defence took over this year, allowing a stingy 35 goals against – 16 fewer than any other team in the league.
