Q: When is the 2019 World Junior Championship?
A: The tournament starts on Boxing Day December 26th, 2018 and concludes with the Gold Medal Game on January 5, 2019. There will be several pre-competition games throughout the province starting in December 2018.

Q: When is the 2019 World Junior Championship schedule being released?
A: The official IIHF 2019 World Junior Championship full schedule will be available late spring.

Q: Where is the 2019 World Junior Championship?
A: The tournament will be in British Columbia and co-hosted by the cities of Vancouver, Rogers Arena and Victoria, Save-On-Foods Memorial Center.

Q: How many teams and games are played in the 2019 World Junior Championship?
A: Ten teams from ten different countries will play a total of 31 tournament games (excluding pre-competition games).

Q: What games will Team Canada play in Vancouver?
A: Team Canada will play one pre-competition game and four Round Robin games in Vancouver. If Team Canada qualifies, they will play the quarterfinal, semi-final and bronze or gold in Vancouver at Rogers Arena.

Q: Where will the medal games be played (4 Quarterfinal games, 2 Semi-finals games, Bronze and Gold)?
A: Two quarterfinal games will be played in Victoria, the balance of the medal games will be played in Vancouver. If Team Canada qualifies, they will play all of their medal games in Vancouver at Rogers Arena.

Q: What games are included in my 2019 World Junior Championship Full Package in Vancouver?
A: A total of 19 games are guaranteed to be played at Rogers Arena.

Q: Can I purchase wheelchair accessible seating?
A: Yes, wheelchair accessible seating is available by phone at 1-844-977-3629.

Q: Will payment plans be available?
A: Yes, you will have the option to pay in full or choose a monthly payment plan.

Q: How many full packages can I purchase?
A: Up to 8 seat/packages per account.

Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: Electronic tickets will be provided for free. Printed commemorative tickets are available for full packages. The cost is $25 per package and includes delivery.

Q: I have purchased packages, when will my tickets be delivered?
A: Tickets will be delivered in December 2018.

Q: How much is GST?
A: GST is $5.13 for each package.

Q: My seat selection map is not loading, what do I do?
A: Try another internet browser, if that does not work contact us by phone or email (information under the Contact Us section).

Q: I have put down deposits for full package seat selection in July, is it refundable?
A: It is a non-refundable $100 deposit per seat.

Q: Can I use my deposit towards Canucks tickets?
A: The $100 deposit can only be used towards the 2019 World Junior Championship.
