Canadian captain Tyler McGregor shone with a two goals, which included a equalizer with 5:30 left in the third, but Russia went a perfect 2-for-2 in the shootout to win 3-2 on day two of the 2019 Canadian Tire Para Hockey Cup on Monday in Paradise, N.L.
