James Gattinger has been in the sports training field for over 25 yrs and has trained over 5000 athletes from amateur to professional. Having worked as both a sport therapist and strength coach for the Olympic Hockey Team and the Calgary Flames, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and the experience required to provide the very best in program prescription. A unique skill set that blends both rehab and sport performance components, provides individualized programs that both enhance performance and maximize injury prevention. This professional approach along with a personalized touch has gained James a reputation of providing high quality programs and results. As Director for Youth Sport Development for the Canadian Sport Centre, he oversees all aspects of program delivery, including working in concert with the CSC Sport Performance Lab and sport science team to provide the most effective scienctific sport training programs

Chris Osmond has extensive experience as a High Performance Strength and Conditioning coach including stops with the Baltimore Orioles, Los Angeles Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and Minnesota Twins baseball clubs. Additionally, he has also worked with several collegiate programs in both Canada and the United States. Chris is currently serving as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Calgary Roughnecks of the National Lacrosse League, Strength Conditioning Coordinator (Player Development Team) for the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League and is contracted to provide strength and conditioning services for the NWCAA through Hockey Canada. Chris holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science Sports Nutrition form North Dakota State University. Chris is also a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength Conditioning Association and has completed a mentorship program through Athletes’ Performance.
