ABOUT HOCKEY CANADA FREQUENCY
Hockey Canada has joined with The FAN 960 in Calgary to create Hockey Canada Frequency, a weekly radio show taking a look at hockey in Canada, from the international game to the grassroots. Every week, Hockey Canada Frequency will take a look at a different area of Canada’s game, from coaching to officiating, player development, mentorship and sledge hockey.

Guests will cover a wide range of expertise, from Hockey Canada staff to players and grassroots leaders, sharing their knowledge of the game and giving tips to listeners on how to improve their hockey experience. How do I get started? How do I get better? Where do I go? Who do I talk to? Hockey Canada Frequency will answer all this and more!

ABOUT ROB KERR
Rob Kerr is the host of Calgary Flames hockey on The FAN 960 – Calgary’s only all-sports radio station – as well as the host of Sportsline, the station’s drive-time program. Since arriving in May 2003 Rob has put his stamp not only on Flames coverage, but hockey coverage as a whole – hosting the Flames pre-game, intermission, and post-game shows on the radio, Overtime, the post-game call-in show, spending time in the broadcast booth for Calgary Hitmen WHL games. In 2008 he became the play-by-play voice of the Flames on pay-per-view. In addition to his work on the radio Rob is active in the community as an advocate of minor hockey and the arena shortage issue.
