Sidney Crosby scored one of the biggest goals in Canadian hockey history, netting the winner 7:40 into overtime to give Canada the Olympic gold medal on home ice. Jonathan Toews, named the tournament’s top forward, and Corey Perry also scored for Canada, which won its second Olympic gold in three tries.
