Q: When is the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship?
A: The tournament starts on Boxing Day, December 26, 2018, and concludes with the gold medal game on January 5, 2019. There will be several pre-competition games throughout the province in December 2018.

Q: Where is the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship?
A: The tournament will be in British Columbia and co-hosted by the cities of Vancouver (Rogers Arena) and Victoria (Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre).

Q: How many teams and games are played in the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship?
A: Ten countries will play a total of 31 tournament games (excluding pre-competition games).

Q: Which five countries will play their round robin games in Vancouver?
A: Canada, Russia, Czech Republic, Denmark, and Switzerland.

Q: Which five countries will play their round robin games in Victoria?
A: USA, Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, and Kazakhstan.

Q: What games will Team Canada play in Vancouver?
A: Team Canada will play one pre-competition game and four preliminary-round games in Vancouver. If Team Canada qualifies, it will play the quarter-finals, semifinals and medal games in Vancouver at Rogers Arena.

Q: When will the details of the pre-competition game in Rogers Arena be released?
A: The time and opponent of the pre-competition game in Rogers Arena will be released in the fall.

Q: Where will the medal games be played (four quarter-finals, two semifinals, bronze medal and gold medal)?
A: Two quarter-finals will be played in Victoria, with the balance of the medal round played in Vancouver. If Team Canada qualifies, it will play all of its medal-round games in Vancouver at Rogers Arena.

Q: Can I purchase wheelchair accessible seating?
A: Yes, wheelchair accessible seating is available by phone at 1-844-977-3629.

Q: How many packages can I purchase?
A: Up to eight seats/packages per account.

Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: Electronic tickets will be provided for free. Printed commemorative tickets are available for full packages. The cost is $25 per package and includes delivery.

Q: I have purchased packages, when will my tickets be delivered?
A: Tickets will be delivered in December 2018.

Q: My seat selection map is not loading, what do I do?
A: Try another internet browser. If that does not work, contact us by phone or email (information under the Contact Us section).

Q: I have put down deposits for full package seat selection in July 2017, is it refundable?
A: It is a non-refundable $100 deposit per seat.

Q: Can I use my deposit towards Canucks tickets?
A: The $100 deposit can only be used towards the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship.
